Hola soy Alain Morales tengo 33 años y me agrada estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

Decidí unirme al reto porque el mantenerme saludable es muy importante para mi.
Anterior a este me era muy difícil mantener la energía con cierta restricción calórica, y la forma en que me sentí realizando el reto fue increíble ya que mis niveles de energía fueron altos y mi grasa bajó considerablemente!!

Lo que utilize durante el reto fue los aceites esenciales de bare oil limon, menta y supergreens en ayunas lo cual me ayudó a quemar grasa.
