Mi nombre es VICKY RETANA, tengo 56 años y me encontraba con un sobrepeso de 8 kilos, esto me hacía sentir muy desmotivada ya que no podía utilizar mi ropa y me sentía desmejorada de salud, realice varias alternativas de planes de alimentación y no me funciono. Decidí unirme al reto porque quería volver al peso deseado y sentirme mejor. El reto más . grande fue realizar ayuno las 2 primeras semanas, luego lo supere. Incluí el ejercicio lo que me hizo sentir mejor, utilice toda la linea de suplementación: Shake, fibra, probioticos, green, vitaminas, berry blast, repair. Me encantaron y ya forman parte de mi vida, me siento con mucha energía, baje 3,5 kilos de peso y me siento sumamente feliz. Aún me faltan unos kilos por bajar pero estoy segura qué si continuo con este plan de alimentación y de uso de la linea de suplementación, llegaré a alcanzar el peso meta, por el momento estoy muy rsatisfecha por lo alcanzado al día de hoy.
