Hola a todos empiezo comentandoles que mi peso antes de iniciar el reto era de 62 kilos cuales habia tenido por un buen tiempo y por mas q intentaba comer sano hacer dietas y ejercicio no podia modificar mi peso,desde que empese con el rto los suplementos que tome me ayudaron a sentirme con mas fuerza, mas animo y sobretodo con ganas de acee ejercicio, tome la malteada dos tapas en el desayuno y eventual en la cena y las enzimas dijestivas las tomaba con los alimento y si por mi ritmo de vida no podia comer muy sano tomaba las enzimas, y con el repair me sentia muy bien al terminar de hacer ejercicio y por ultimo el aceite de limon que senti un bienestar q complemento lo q ya estaba tomando. Siempre tratando de hacer ejercicio lo mas que podia aunque no siempre lo lograba por mis distintas actividades, pero lo que si note fue un cambio impresionate en mi cuerpo, mas fuerte, mas activa, con mas animo, pero sobretodo un bienestar q tenia mucho q no sentia. Siento q todavia me falta peso q perder pero estoy segura de lograrlo con mi nutricion yor health.
