Mi nombre es Yanett Reyes, soy de Monterrey, N.L. México, tengo 39 años, soy mamá y actualmente soy socia Yorhealth,soy instructora de natación, por lo cual me decidí a realizar este reto, ya que la salud es algo primordial en mi vida y estoy consiente de todo lo bueno y lo que puedes obtener al compartir un estilo de vida saludable.
Inicie pesando 51 kg y actualmente peso 49 kg, baje en tallas, mi rutina de suplementos fue la siguiente, al despetar tomaba 1 capsula de probioticos con un te de limon en ayunas, posteriormente después de un ayuno de alrededor de 14 horas tomaba mi supergreens, fiber plus y berryblast, realizaba 1 hr de acuaerobics y después consumia la mi yor shake de vainilla y 2 capsulas de essential vitamin , en la hora de la comida consumía verduras verdes, proteína animal sin carbohidratos, 2 vitaminas y mi enzima digestiva, en la cena consumia verduras y proteína animal sin carbohidratos, antes de dormir consumia 2 capsulas de repair y 2 capsulas de essential vitamin.
Consumía de 2 a 3 litros de agua diarios.
Me siento feliz con mis resultados, sobre todo porque ya tenia años batallando para bajar esa grasa abdominal que gane después de 3 embarazos donde llegue a subir hasta 15 kilos.
