Que tal amigos, les platico mi historia, yo arranque el reto con un peso inicial de 73 kg, tenia como meta llegar a los 69 kg y estuvo a punto de lograrlo, mi peso actual es de 70kg, la excusa perfecta para inscribirme de nuevo.
Para lograr mis metas elegí el paquete balance, ya que me gusta la gama completa de productos que vienen incluidos, por la mañana desayunaba y me tomaba una enzima digestiva, mas tarde me tocaba ir a entrenar 40 minutos y llegando a casa me tomaba mi supergreens, unos minutos después comía y por la noche me tomaba 2 scoops de proteína con 1 cucharada de fibra que le daba un sabor delicioso, le ponía un poco de hielo y quedaba como nieve deliciosa, el yorshake por la noche me ayudo muchísimo ya que evitaba que comiera cosas que no iban en mi dieta por la noche como hotdogs o hamburguesas.
