Que tal amigos de yorbestbody, quiero platicar que yo inicie con un peso de 75kg, actualmente estoy pesando 76.6kg ya que he logrado subir en masas muscular, para lograrlo utilice en paquete balance ya que contiene la gran mayoría de los productos disponibles, en la mañana me tocaba entrenar por 30 minutos ejercicios de tabata y hitt y al salir me tomaba mi scoop de proteína con 250 ml de agua, mas tarde desayunaba y me tomaba 1 enzima digestiva, para la colación me tomaba el super greens con un poco de jugo de limón y agua, por la noche entrenaba otra media hora igual y al salir me tomaba otro scoop de proteina con una cucharada de fibra, 1 hora despues cenaba y listo :)
la verdad es que los cambios en mi cuerpo han sido fabulosos, tengo mucho tiempo entrenando y jamás había logrado los resultados que en el reto yorbestbody he visto, estaré siempre agradecido.
