Soy Poncho Castañeda,tengo 47 años ,vivo en la CDMX,dentista de profesión,desde muy pequeño he pasado por diferentes disciplinas en el deporte ,con habilidades para los mismos ,por eso el día que mi salud se vio comprometida empezando a perder peso y fuerza muscular ,al grado de caerme en tres ocasiones al estar caminando,fue cuando me vi en la necesidad de recurrir al médico,y ser tratado con medicamentos muy fuertes por una Artritis con evolución de cuatro años.
