YorHealth has changed my life! I am 33 years old and have always tried losing weight. Every new year that came, my new year's resolution was to lose weight. I tried and failed every year for the past 6 years. I emotionally ate and stress ate to help myself feel "better" but really I was feeling worse. I didn't love myself and was becoming unhealthy and more depressed. My self-esteem and self-worth was tied to how I looked and felt about myself. When I started, I weighed 207 lbs/94 kg and after the 8 week challenge I am now 193 lbs/87 kg! I lost 14 lbs and am still on my health journey to my goal of 145 lbs!
After completing the challenge, I feel confident in my ability to continue to lose weight and be healthier. I have more energy. My digestive system is healthy. I feel happier in my own skin. I feel amazing and nourished!
Regimen:
Breakfast: 2 vitamins,1 probiotic with a shake (YorFiber, Protein, and SuperGreens).
Lunch: healthy meal with 2 Ultra Digest and 2 vitamins
Dinner: 2 vitamins, 2 Repair, and a shake (YorFiber and Protein)
Exercise:
I exercised about 2 times a week and did weight lifting, walking on the treadmill, or Zumba. I tried incorporating walking as much as I could for at least 30 minutes.
