En esta ocasión sentí mucho más el resultado de llevar una mejor alimentación y de un ritmo de ejercicio más intenso que hizo que aumentara en 8 semanas 3 kg de masa muscular.
Afortunadamente no me ha faltado trabajo y mi ritmo de vida es bastante acelerado. Sin embargo, siempre mantuve la disciplina de entrenar una hora diaria de lunes a viernes y matener las ventanas de ayuno y de alimento haciéndolas la mayoría de 16 horas de ayuno y líquidos y ocho horas de comida.
Debido a la intensidad y a veces estrés de mi trabajo reconozco que si me costó mantener la constancia y había días en que no quería ni levantarme. Sin embargo la disciplina no me dejaba permanecer en la cama, junto con los productos tan increíbles de esta compañía.
