Estoy sorprendido con los suplementos de YorHelath este verano tuvimos como familia muchos compromisos y comidas fuera de casa; me olvidé por completo que estaba inscrito en el reto.
Por fortuna tengo ya el hábito de consumir mis productos.
Comienzo mi día con un súper greens y 3 vitaminas para obtener mis antioxidantes además de energía, hago un ayuno intermitente de 16 horas. Tomo un Yor Shake de colación, ceno abundante con mis enzimas.
El único ejercicio que tengo tiempo de hacer es salir a caminar con mi esposa.
Tengo que agradecer que mi cuerpo está sano y fuerte, mi tipo de trabajo requiere mucha energía y concentración y estoy seguro que mi nutrición es básica para mantenerme siempre con buena actitud.
