Entre al reto con la finalidad de mejorar mi salud en general. Mi cambio no fue tanto en peso (baje un total de 4 kilos) pero en mi ropa y medidas si lo sentí mucho, ahora me siento más cómoda con lo que uso y estoy usando ropa que unos meses atrás no me sentía cómoda usando. Además mi digestión y mi energía mejoraron muchísimo desde el día 1 usando mis suplementos.
Inicie tomando SuperGreens por la mañana y dependiendo de mis horarios más tarde desayunaba o solo tomaba mi malteada.
