Tengo 32 años y llevaba mucho tiempo sin consumir suplementos o hacer ejercicio.

Intenté hacer ayuno intermitente, consumiendo solo a medio día un super greens con unas gotas de aceite de limón, pero por cuestiones de trabajo se me dificultaba mantener ese ritmo por desayunos laborales.

Por tanto lo que hice fue adaptarme con los suplementos. Por la mañana usualmente tomaba super greens o una yor shake de chocolate (no ambos)
En la hora de la comida, consumía mis alimentos de manera normal con dos cápsulas de Yor Digest Ultra.
