Mi nombre es Dafne Lara, es mi 5to reto del año, y es muy emocionante ver como cada reto me siento y me veo mejor, me encantan los productos que sabe riquísimos y me encanta como de una manera super sencilla puedo ir construyendo el cuerrpo que quiero. Lo que hago es tomarme mis probióticos y reparadoras en ayunas, me tomo mi berry antes de hacer ejercicio y empiezo con super greens combinado con fibra para después tomarme la malteada, la de vainilla es mi favorita y con mis comidas me tomo las enzimas digestivas y mis vitaminas. Siempre he hecho ejercicio y a pesar del régimen estricto y de altas horas de entrenamiento nunca había logrado tener los resultados físicos que buscaba! Gracias YorHelath!
