Desde que empecé a tomar las proteinas y el superslim, conjuntamente con una gota de aceite de limón por las mañanas comenzaron los cambios en mi organismo, disminuyendo mi ansiedad de comer en exceso, y sobretodo la sensación de bienestar en el día. Asimismo, pude complementar la eliminación de grasa a través de caminatas diarias y de la toma de bastante líquidos en el día.
Antes pesaba 90 kilos y ahora 84 kilos
Tomando 2 proteinas de vainilla de yor health, 1 gota de aceite de limón diario y un frasco de superslim.
Las proteinas las tomaba en la mañana o en la noche, en algunos casos reemplazaba mi almuerzo.
Caminaba diario unos 20 minutos.
