Hola yo soy Maria Angelica y empeze mi reto con 96 kilos y termine con 89 lo que me hace sentirme muy contenta porque definitivamente sin la ayuda de los sumplementos de Yorhealth no lo hubiese logrado..mi manera de consumirlos es la siguiente:

al despertar en ayunas el aceite de limon despues de 1 hora los jugos verdes(supergreens) y para desayuno las yorsake y en la comida y cena las yordigest y antes de dormir 2 repair y 1 probiotico. Ademas de las vitaminas con la comida y la cena.
Todas las mañanas camino 40 minutos al aire libre.
Me he sentido muy bien porque yo soy diabetica desde hace 35 años y me habia sido muy dificil controlar los niveles de glucosa, aun y con medicamentos, y ahora con buena alimentacion y dicha suplementacion de Yorhealth tengo mis niveles normales de glucosa. Ademas soy hipertensa y fui operada del corazon y tambien ajuste y disminui mis medicamentos ya que la presion se me normalizo.
