I joined the challenge because I decided to change my lifestyle. I was always into my health and fitness but things happen and I headed down the road of drinking alcohol and eating poorly. This became my lifestyle and I didn't feel good anymore, I gained a lot of body fat, had no energy and mentally I was drained.
I saw a good friend of mine post something up about an 8-week challenge, it got me thinking about why I was eating bad foods, drinking alcohol and not exercising, this is not who I am. So I decided to make a change and ask him for some help.
I committed to the 8 week challenge and used the plant-based supplements to help me get to my goals. I knew I needed to eat more greens vegetables in my diet so the super greens were great in the shakes. I found the berry blast great for giving more energy in the morning.
I am very happy with my results, I have dropped a lot of body fat and gained muscle, this is only the beginning and I'm excited for the next 8 week challenge.
