Hola soy Alain Morales tengo 34 años y me gusta la gastronomía y el deporte.
Me inscribí al reto porque me sentía cansado y quería mejorar mi apariencia física y salud
Mi mayor reto fue subir de masa muscular, con el mínimo de grasa , ya que mi complexión es delgada y tiende a acumular grasa
Con el reto me he dado cuenta que es muy fácil mantener la energía al tiempo que mejora mi composición corporal , eso es algo que me mantiene el ánimo y feliz .
Mi régimen fue el siguiente
Al levantar yor greens y bare oils de limon
Con cada comida yor esential vitamins y agua preparada con bare oil de menta o naranja
Antes de la cena digest ultra o Yor Shake
Y antes de dormir. Yor repair
Mi actividad física fue gimnasio 4 veces x semana y 1 o 2 de ejercicio cardiovascular.
