Hola mi nombre es Alicia Rodriguez Orozco al empezar mi primer reto de ocho semanas mi peso era de 72 kilos empezaba a sentirme terriblemente mal fisica y mentalmente, conoci los productos de YOR HEALT y empece a tomar la malteada que fue el principal producto que me ayudo a bajar esos terribles kilos que tenia de mas, empece a tomarla por las mañanas y despues tambien por las noches con una cucharada de fibra y añadi el consumo de Super Greems por las tardes, el reparador antes de dormir, dos vitaminas diarias y el Digest en cada comida.
