Hola!! He sido una persona que siempre el deporte ha sido lo mío, pero después de que uno termina con su carrera deportiva y comienza a trabajar, uno comienza a perder sus hábitos alimenticios.
Confieso que me gusta todos los chocolates, panes etc, eso que nos sube tremendamente de peso, quiero volver a bajar de peso por salud y la otra para volver a usar esa ropa que deje y porque no cambiar de vestimenta. Regresar a mi deporte y estar totalmente fortalecida con los músculos de mi cuerpo.
