Hi i’m Krystal and I decided to do the 8 week challenge to change my live and become healthy as well as to show my children a good example of being healthy I look forward to starting this challenge and to reach my goals.
I lost a total of 25lb durning my challenge and I feel amazing I’m a mom of a beautiful little girl and was looking to slim down and I did I know I didn’t reach my goal completely but I did well and I look forward to continuing to help others to teach their goals and become leaders in this world
I used the shakes and the pills for diet I have not done the other supplements but will try them soon
