Hello everyone! I am so excited to take part and complete my first cycle on the 8 week challenge! My start weight was 135 pounds. I am now currently 127 pounds.

In the past, I have struggled a tremendous amount to be healthy. In actuality I did not know what "being healthy felt like." Growing up, I found out I have a permanent back problem and knee problem. I have slight scoliosis, and always wore a knee brace in any physical activity. I had low energy, due to insomnia the majority of my life. I have a weak digestive system, and had stomach aches regularly. In addition, I was constipated and did not go to the bathroom everyday or even every other day. I was not the happiest at this time, and as a result for not knowing how to deal with any painful emotions, I constantly over ate. I know I needed to make a serious change, but seemed to never follow through with my commitments. This 8 week challenge was the perfect platform I needed to truly commit to myself and start achieving my goals!

In just my first week in taking the YOR products, I noticed a big shift in my body. First thing in the Morning I take 1 probiotic and 2 repair ultra with a glass of water. This enabled me to eliminate any toxins and waste throughout the day. Repair helps to support muscle tissue recovery and is key in maintaining stronger bones. I no longer need to wear a knee brace, and my back is stronger than ever before. One hour later, I take my supergreens and fiber, for a boost of antioxidants and to flush away undigested food. I also take berry blast, YOR shake, vitamins, and enzymes on a daily basis. My energy has never been better. I am able to get to sleep within 10 minutes now, and stay asleep! I am able to moderate my portions and eat a lot less than I used too! I cut out meat completely and am more mindful when it comes to food. Cheers to being a pescetarian! I am loving every minute. I feel a lot lighter and more positive, simply because I feel that much more amazing. I go to the bathroom everyday now. I could not be happier with my results.

I walked for at least four hours daily. I was not able to hit the gym as hard as I would have liked, if it weren't for a recent injury. I have just began my journey to transform my body and I can't wait to see more results through my next challenge cycle! :D
