Hola soy Astrud tengo 44 años y soy mamá de un bebé de casi año 5 meses, por descuido de mi alimentación y la falta de ejercicio subí mucho de peso y no sólo mi autoestima se daño , el no poder usar mi ropa porque casi nada me queda me deprimía horrible, me decidí a entrar al reto porque ya era hora y me siento mejor y me motiva a seguir adelante y entrar a otro reto hasta conseguir lo que quiero.
Mi régimen fue así al despertar 1 de probioticos y 2 de repair , 2 o 3 veces por semana me tomaba solo la malteada al desayunar cuento con la fibra y el Supergreens;1 digest y 2 vitaminas en las comidas , 2 veces a al semana semana solo la malteada
No pude hacer ejercicio porque me lesione la rodilla , por lo que me encanta que a pesar de no haberme portado tan bien si se nota la diferencia .
