Hola me llamo Jesús tengo 19 años estoy estudiando el último cuatrimestre de preparatoria.Yo decidí unirme al reto porque no me sentía feliz con mi cuerpo y por cuestiones de salud. Durante mucho tiempo no hice ejercicio pero ahora decidí empezar a hacerlo para el reto y me siento muy orgulloso de lo que he logrado. Para empezar rompo mi ayuno con un supergreens , me tomo el amp y mis vitaminas. Posteriormente en lugar del desayuno me tomo mi shake y he procurado mi alimentación y hacer ejercicio al menos 5 días de la semana. Gracias a que me metí a este reto me siento mucho mejor conmigo mismo y muchísimo más feliz.
