Hola familia de YORHealth soy Armando Rodriguez Ayala y estoy muy feliz de culminar con un reto más ya que cada día que pasa voy recuperando mas mi salud.
Es muy gratificante el ya no tener dolor en mis rodillas y en mi espalda, me lleno de alegría al poder dormir en la posición que yo quiera, algo que anteriormente no podía. Por ejemplo dormir boca abajo era horrible, literalmente sentía que no podía respirar.
