Hola a todos mi nombre es Daniel y tengo 29 años de edad y estoy terminando un reto de 8 semanas más. Comencé el reto pensando 152 lb y termino en el mismo peso, pero con la diferencia en porcentaje de grasa de 10.6 a 8.7 bajando el porcentaje casi 2%.
Los productos que use durante el reto fueron el YOR Berry Blast al despertar, el YOR Probitics Ultra cada mañana en ayunas, antes de romper un ayuno diario de 18 horas tomaba una porción de YOR Fiber Plus, y a la hora de la cena un YOR Digest Ultra.
Mi rutina de ejercicios era algo simple y rápido ya que es lo que me permite mi estilo de vida, constaba de abdominales, lagartijas, y sentadillas 30 minutos 5 días a la semana.
