My name is Fátima, I am 39 years old and the last couple of months I have lacked discipline to stay consistent with my health. Particularly on my nutrition an physical movement.



I have had long working days that consisted in 13 hrs days, and then opted to unplug by going to bed and not sleep as I force myself to stay awake.



I decided to lose weight again as I knew I was eating poorly due to stress. My weight was at 116 pounds, which is bad for my height and for my age range. So here I am and this was my journey:



My morning routine consisted of fiber plus the 2 Repair.

For lunch I would have an MPR protein shake then for dinner I would eat a balanced meal and take 2 enzymes and my super greens. Before bed I would take two probiotics and 2 Repair.



My goal is to start working out and lifting weights, now will join the Sculpt challenge.



My results: 112 pounds, more energy and determined to stay true to myself and soon to welcome my 40 years of age.
