Hola soy Tania Quispe Luna, tengo 52 años y soy de Perú. La rutina el trabajo me llevaron a tener mucho sobrepeso, falta de energia y en los ultimos años he padecido de fibromialgia, lo cual me provocaba dolor constante y malestar todos los días. Por fin me decidí hacer mi primer reto de 8 Semanas, empece con 78 Kg de peso, y me tomé los suplementos de la siguiente manera, empezaba el dia con berry blast, luego tomo 2 o 3 capsulas de yor repair ultra, luego rompo mi ayuno con yor shake y antes de almorzar me tomo 1 capsula de yor digest, mi cena es una fruta mas yor shake y antes de dormir tambien tomo 1 cap de yor repair. Ademas de ello tomo 3 veces al dia la mezcla de aceites bare oils(menta, limón, toronja, gengibre y canela). Hice muy poco ejercicio casi nada
