Soy Consuelo Silvas Cabrera, en esta ocasión retomo la decisión de continuar con los retos de Yor , ya que es una oportunidad de tomar conciencia en cuanto que es lo que estoy haciendo con mi vida y por lo tanto en mi salud.
Tengo 60 años y , he llevado a cabo varios retos unos logrados otros no.
En esta ocasión sólo logré bajar 5 kilos, mis rodillas mejoraron , pues venía padeciendo de mucho dolor.
Mis desayunos fueron : 2 repair en ayunas y posterior malteada de vainilla con gotitas de limón .A las 11 a.m frutos secos o una fruta ,después 3 gotitas de cbd ,en las comidas siempre mi digest más 2 repair, por las cenas una malteada , y a veces sándwich,calabacitas ,etc. De nuevo 3 gotitas de cbd.
Realizó ejercicio en el gimnasio una hora diaria tengo tres meses .
Muy importante me tomo 6 vitaminas essential, 3 por la mañana y 3 por la noche.
Mi meta general en 6 meses es bajar 20 kilos, por salud.
