Hola soy Franco Arango, soy Psicologo y vivo en Cajamarca-Perú. Decidi hacer este reto porque a mis 26 años de edad tenía muchos problemas de salud y sobrepeso que me empezo a preocupar porque me cansaba al caminar o subir escaleras, dolor de rodillas incluso tenia problemas de ansiedad y adicción al tabaco que no podía superar.
