Wow wow and wow.
This must of been the hardest Challenge I've done so far.
I'm pushing my body to sculp and obtain as less fat as possible at the same time.
Many nights I havent been able to sleep.
But once my Yor Health products arrived.
EVERYTHING changed.
My nights i sleept like a baby, and my workouts were better because I had all i needed.
When I wake up i drink my favorite mix frink there is which is Berry blast, Supergreens, Fiber plus and Lemon Drop Essential Oil.
Post Workout I Use The Yor Shake.
After I use it again with one banana.
And before I head to bed I Use the Yor shake again mixed with Pepermint oil ( to die for..)
Without these products I really dont know If I Could achieve such goals in such a short amount of time.
