Hola! Mi nombre es Zenaida María Romero González y estoy feliz de haber terminado un nuevo reto!!!
Me quedé a 2 kg de lograr mi meta pero lo que más me emociona es que aunque sea poco a poco pero voy logrando recuperar mi peso.

Este ciclo continúe con la rutina que ya venía usando, desayunar y cenar YOR Shake y a medio día trataba de comer balanceado, siempre con mi YOR Digest y el YOR Supergreens en lugar de tomar agua o refresco. En ayunas me tomaba el YOR Probiotics con un vaso de agua.

A partir del siguiente ciclo ya voy a tener más tiempo y voy a poder retomar mi ejercicio diario, con lo que creo que conseguiré mejores resultados.

Por lo pronto, espero conseguir los votos suficientes para poder ganar :) y continuar por este camino que ya comencé hace 16 semanas, porque aún tengo guardados dos vestidos que mi esposo me obsequió y quiero estrenarlos en diciembre que es nuestro aniversario :)
