Hola soy Erick Luna y estoy feliz por haber terminado mi reto de 8 semanas, en lo personal este reto significa mucho, ya que debido a una enfermedad de mi padre (Alzheimer) no tuve oportunidad de dormir bien, eso aunado a un problema en el corazón que se me detectó no he podido hacer ejercicio, básicamente el cambio que se ve en las fotos fue tomándome los suplementos en la mañana y en la noche (combinaba la malteada con súper greens y fibra), me tomaba las enzimas digestivas con cada comida sólida e incorpore el AMP 15 minutos antes del desayuno y la cena, es maravilloso, creo que hizo toda diferencia ya que a pesar de no dormir bien por el problema de mi papá, me dió muchísima energía para terminar mis días!
