This challenge was so fun for me! I set out to build muscle definition and strength, and have ended up enjoying running, hiking, and being outdoors more than ever.

I’ve been using the YOR Health products for 7 years and they have helped me so much through many phases of my life. They have helped me get back in shape after two pregnancies, and now they help me work more efficiently at my job and still have energy. I use the YOR Shake, Berry Blasts and SuperGreens as a super shake every day for breakfast, and love the sustained energy and focus I have at work. I use the YOR Repair when I train harder or try something new which is fantastic to avoid recovery pains.

For exercise, I started training 20 minute, body-weight sessions at home, sometimes up to 9 sessions in a week (twice a day some days). By half way through the challenge, I was really happy with the strength I was building and the way my body had changed, so I decided to start running (something I never thought I would do!).
I ran as part of a team in a relay and ran 6 kilometres (3.7 miles), which I’m really proud of.
The best thing about training at home, multiple times per week was having my two young daughters getting involved. It’s so important to me that they appreciate a healthy lifestyle, and are able to enjoy being active. We love to exercise together now and we laugh a lot!

While my end-photos don’t show where I was mid-way through the challenge in terms of muscle definition, what I have been able to do with cardio fitness has been really surprising and I’m happy to have maintained some definition even when my goals changed.
