Hi, My name is Angelina and I’m a 20 year old who lost herself and gained weight in the process. I decided to start Yor Health because I wanted to lose weight fast and in a orderly process way while working out. Throughout this challenge I’ve had a lot of mental and physical changes. I’ve been feeling better about myself, changing my views in certain things that I wasn’t too fond about and being a better version of me. I’ve notice physical changes as well! I haven’t felt bloated and I’ve been having noticeable weight loss. Before this challenge I was very nervous and shy about showing my body in tight clothing and clothing that I used to wear during high school. I used to be very skinny and fit, everyone who knew me knows that I was skinny throughout middle school to the end of high school so when I go out I get very cautious because I know I gained weight but I don’t want them to see it. But after this challenge I’ve been starting to feel more like myself , although I’m not at my goal yet there’s a lot of noticeable change which I’m extremely happy and excited about to achieve more! Yor Health products that I used were the Yor Shakes, Yor Probiotic, Yor Repair, Yor Digest, Yor AMP, and also the energy sticks. I exercised as much as I could when I wasn’t busy which was about 2-3 times a week for around 1-2 hours.
