Que tal amigos del reto yorbestbody, arranque este reto con un peso inicial de 104 kg, la verdad es que me es algo dificil mantenerme motivado y esta plataforma es lo unico me ayuda a lograrlo, ya que tengo el compromiso de lograr una meta y con eso me mantengo al 100%, actualmente estoy pesando 96 kg y me he sentido super bien, debo de agradecer el haberme topado con esta gama de productos ya que me han ayudado suficiente para estar en forma, aun me faltan muchas cosas del lado motivacional para mantenerme en esa linea, pero en lo que logro eso estare tomando mis suplementos de yorhealth, vamos paso a paso.
les platico mi rutina diaria, en realidad no era muy complicada, simplemente entrenaba 30 minutos de HIIT y un poco de pesas entre semana, los productos que tomaba eran supergreens al depertar, mi MRP de chocolate en las mañanas como desayuno y antes de irme a entrenar me tomaba mis berryblast que me ayudaban a sacar el entrenamiento y mantenerme activo, ya que algunas veces les soy sincero tenia flojera de entrenar pero aun así iba y logre mis objetivos.
