Hi my name is Jorge Martinez and I started my 8 week challenge cycle at 184 lbs. I am proud to say that I am now currently standing at a healthy 177. My goal was to get down to 175 and I got pretty close, plus the fact that I gained a little bit of muscle, but that's never a bad thing. It wasn't just the weight dropped that made my transformation so successful, it was the natural balance I was able to achieve through using the YORHealth products. Not only do I look better, but I also feel better. And because of that, I am able to do better performance wise in sports.
Before the challenge, I considered myself as a healthy person, but I became aware that I wasn't getting the results I wanted. So I thought to myself, "what could be missing?" When I got introduced to the YORHealth product line, I was sceptical at first as anyone would be, but while using the products I started to feel more energized and alive. In the morning I would start the day off with an MRP combined with super greens and some fiber. I would follow this regimen every morning. Whenever I worked out I would take a completeburn right before and that is what helped me visually see my results, along with the high interval training sessions I did about 5-6 times a week.
Completing this last cycle of the eight week challenge changed my life because I actually have a chance to inspire others through my hard work and determination. Thanks in due to the yor health products and support from my friends and family I've changed my life and hopefully changed and inspied the lives of others in the process. These past eight weeks have changed my mentality of the way I approach fitness from just another session at the gym into an actual lifestyle. Thanks to my friends, family, and everyone at yorhealth for actually coming up with this challenge and giving so many people like myself an opportunity to get into the best shape of their lives!!!
