Hola Soy Angelica, tengo 32 años, antes pesaba 110 kg.y ahora 100.600kg estoy muy contenta.

Tomo, super greens, malteada de vainilla con aceite de limón, sabe delicioso, enzimas, vitaminas y AMP

Al despertar tomo 2 amp y 2 vitaminas, después de 16 horas de ayuno abro con super greens, media hora después toma malteada, en la hora de la comida tomo encimas después del primer bocado, al terminar de comer tomo 2 vitaminas y antes de dormir tomo 2 vitaminas.
