El cambio de hábitos ha sido todo un reto desde que inicie éste año con el propósito de verme y sentirme mejor.
Han sido ya 18 kilos perdidos, de los cuales poco mas de 6, fueron gracias a este challenge de 8 semanas!
Hacer algunos cambios en mi rutina de ejercicio e incluír los productos de Yor Health a mi dieta,fueron clave para lograr un progreso en éstas 8 semanas que no había tenido en ningún otro momento durante el año.
Los cambios y beneficios que he tenido han sido increíbles. Entre otras cosas, iniciar el dia con un vaso de agua y aceite esencial de limon me ha ayudado a alcalinizar mi cuerpo. Yor Repair me ha ayudado a reponerme mucho mejor de las rutinas de ejercicio.
