I started the challenge at 134lbs and 8 weeks later weighed in at 129lbs. For a while I was very complacent with my body and my health and had the mentality that everything was just "okay". I wasn't completely overweight and managed to look decent in my clothing. However, the buzz about YOR Health launching an 8 Week Challenge really put things into perspective for me. I looked in the mirror and really faced myself, I wasn't truly happy with my body or the way that I was feeling. I started looking at pictures of fitness models and I got inspired that I could actually achieve a dream body like theirs. I knew that the YOR Health product line would help to fuel my results. I joined the gym and made a commitment to work out 4 times a week. I have my MRP first thing in the morning along with a Complete Burn and the Rising/Bedtime portion of the Daily Pack. Before lunch I make my favorite Super Fiber Blast which is a mixture of Supergreens Fiber and Berry Blast with water and a splash of Orange Mango juice. I drink another MRP before I leave work and immediately after my workouts. I noticed how nourished my body started feeling once I did that. I take 2 Repair Ultra after workout, before bed and in the morning. Soreness during this challenge became a part of mylife and something I started to like :). I also made a commitment to start to eat clean during the challenge as a way to help me make healthier eating a part of my lifestyle. Kale, Quinoa, Grilled Chicken, and other fruits and veggies are now so much more delicious for me. I feel so much lighter when I eat these foods and it reminds me that I am on track with my fitness goals. I still get cravings from time to time but I think of the challenge and I think of how I truly want to be a healthy, fit person and it has gotten easier to say NO to the bad stuff. I really want to thank YOR Health for starting this challenge because I feel so much better about myself, my health and fitness has now become one of my passions. Upon completing this challenge I am excited to start Challenge #2 so I can continue pushing myself to new limits! :)
