Este reto fue muy complicad, empecé muy bien , bajando grasa & peso
Sin embargo por descuidos , malos hábitos y lesiones esto no mejoró
A pesar de lo malo , el llevar un dieta sana y suplemento me ayudó a que el riesgo fuera menor
Hice ayuno de al menos 12 hras
Abri ventana con fibra & super greens, 1 hr despues un yor shake,, durante la comida un digest y para la cena otro shake o si era cena "normal" con Digest
TODOS los días un berryblast, trabajo desde las 6 am y termino tarde
A pesar de no haber obtenido el objetivo, hoy mismo me vuelvo a inscribir junto con mi esposa para cerrar lo mejor posible el año
