Hola! Mi nombre es Mariana Guerrero. Es la segunda vez que me inscribo en un reto este año porque acabo de tener a mi bebé. Nunca pensé subir tanto de peso con un embarazo y nunca pensé que fuera tan complicado regresar a mi cuerpo original. Sin embargo Yor me ha ayudado mucho tanto física como mentalmente para lograr mis metas.
Tomó malteada por las mañanas con super greens y fibra.
