Hola mi nombre es Esmeralda león, comencé el reto pesando 85kg y ahorita peso 74.75 kG.

Las 2 primeras semanas comencé con el siguiente plan:

De lunes-lunes por la mañana al despertar a las 8:30 am, me tomaba un shot de agua tibia con 2 gotas ACEITE de LIMÓN y 1 capsula de PROBIOTICOS. Como a las 9:30 am. me tomaba mi super greens con 2 gotas de ACEITE de limón y 1 porción de FIBRA, junto con 2 capsulas de de VITAMINAS,2 capsulas de AMP y 4 VECES a la SEMANA hacia 10-15 min. de cardio en la bicicleta. En el transcurso de la hora de la comida 2:40 PM, me tomaba 2 capsulas de DIGEST, 2 capsulas de VITAMINAS, 2 CAPSULAS DE AMP. Por la tarde-noche me tomaba 1 porción de SHAKE de chocolate y 1 porción de FIBRA,1 capsula de REPAIR.(LA MALTEADA SOLO LA TOMABA 4 VECES A LA SEMANA,NO todos los dias. Las 2 primeras SEMANAS fueron de 12 horas de AYUNO.

Las semanas 3-4, después fue la misma rutina solo que el ayuno fue de 14 horas. Donde deje de tomar :(refresco, cerveza,carbohidratos,comida mas sana, sin empanizados Y mas ENSALADAS)

Las semanas 4-8, fue la misma rutina solo que esta vez el ayuno fue de 16 horas, donde aumente otras rutinas de ejercicio, cada vez era mas estricta en no comer cosas grasosas, 0 lácteos, 0 refrescos, mas frutas y verduras.
