Bueno con los suplementos de YOR Health pude reducir mi porcentaje de grasa corporal y aumentar mi volumen muscular, me tomé los suplementos de la siguiente manera:
En ayunos con un vaso de agua:
- 1 YOR AMP
- 1 YOR Repair
Con la comida:
- 1 YOR Digest
- 2 YOR Vitamin
- mezcla de agua con YOR Súper Greens + YOR Fiber Plus + YOR Berry Blast
Después de hacer ejercicio:
- 2 medidas de YOR Shake
Con la cena:
- 1 YOR Digest
- 2 YOR Vitamin.
Hice ejercicio aproximadamente de 3 a 5 veces por semana. Combinando ejercicio cardiovascular como Spinning o correr y también pesas en el gimnasio y calistenia con mi propio cuerpo.
