Mi peso anterior era de 98 kg, el día de hoy peso 90 kg, el paquete que yo utilice fue un paquete básico con MRP de chocolate, la verdad al inicio no creí que me fuera a funcionar pero al paso de los días note los cambios de forma rápida, me tomaba 2 cucharadas de MRP en la mañana y 2 por la noche (desayuno y cena) la primer semana fue así, ya la siguiente solo era desayuno y comía y cenaba de forma adecuada, los entrenamientos los llevaba a cabo de lunes a viernes 1 hora al día, era en base a ejercicios HIIT y TABATA, este desafió a logrado tener un alto impacto en mi vida, me siento mucho mejor, la ropa se me ve mucho mejor, se que aun tengo camino por recorrer pero seguiré hasta lograr mi objetivo final, muchas gracias a todos los que fueron y son parte de este cambio en mi.
