Mi peso de arranque fueron 78 kg, actualmente estoy pesando 69 kg, el paquete que compre junto con mi esposo fue un paquete básico para cada uno, lo tomaba por la mañana como desayuno y por la noche como cena, he de decir que el sabor es muy diferente a cualquiera que haya probado antes, es muy deliciosa y cremosa, se nota que no tiene saborizantes artificiales, la frecuencia de los ejercicios era de lunes a viernes de 30 minutos a 1 hora por día.
