Hola soy Gustavo Felix Barraza tengo 29 años

Decidi iniciar este reto ya que pesaba 88 kg y aunque tengo mucho tiempo haciendo ejercicio no lograba llegar a mi peso meta
(84 kg)

Y hoy gracias a YOR HEALTH.
Los resultados que obtuve fueron llegar a mi peso meta y ademas logre definir mucho mas mi cuerpo y note que aumento mi velocidad, resistencia y condicion.

Empiezo cada dia con un vaso con agua y 1 gota de aceite esencial de limon (Bare oils)
Ademas tomo 1 capsula de YOR AMP con otro vaso con agua y luego tomo 1 supergreens
Despues de terminar mi rutina de ejercicio me tomo mi YOR SHAKE.
