Mi peso anterior era de 70 kilogramos y actualmente he estoy en 72 kg subí bastante en masa muscular, el paquete que eligir fue de básico+muscle energy, llevaba una dieta balanceada con mi nutriologa, básicamente la MRP me la tomaba antes de ir al gimnasio 2 scoops en 500 ml de agua con una sesión de 1 a 2 horas de entrenamiento al día (según mis ganas) y durante el entrenamiento me tomaba una medida de muscle energy en donde yo sentía la recuperación muscular pero muy por encima de lo que sentía antes,me he sentido muy distinto en mi cuerpo, se aun me falta para lograr los objetivos que deseo pero se que estoy en un buen camino, me siento bien, me siento motivado y se que en el siguiente reto lograre mejores cambios, muchas gracias yorhealth y yorbestbody.
