When I heard of yorhealth I just thought it was just another company trying to sell supplements that won't help you out at all. I thought I was just going to stay the same and not lose any weight. Soon after the first week I started to see some progress and that made me change my mind about yorhealth. It even gave me motivation to start working out and lose more weight and start getting on track into being more healthy.
