Mi nombre es Alicia Aguilar y este es mi 2do reto completado motivo por el cual me encuentro muy satisfecha conmigo misma ya que logre medir mis progresos en cuanto baja de peso. Me senti muy comoda utilizando los suplementos de YOR para abrir ventana de alimento durante la puesta en practica del ayuno intermitente como una forma de vida.
En este reto no realice ningun tipo de ejercicio, solo utilice los suplementos y cuide mis horas de ayuno logrando ayunar de entre 16 hasta 20 o 22 horas diarias en este periodo.
Gracias a los suplementos no me siento debil ni con antojos ni apetito. Utilice el super greens con fibra y luego la malteada asi como el AMP y los probioticos. Tambien consumi enzimas digestivas. Complementando con agua y cuidando mi alimentacion.
Espero contar con su apoyo para seguir motivada con mi objetivo de bajar mi IMC
