Hola a todos mi nombre es Daniel y les comparto mi testimonio después de terminar un reto más de YOR Best Body Challenge.
Comencé con un peso de 152 libras y lo terminé pensando 150 libras, y los productos utilizados durante el reto fueron el yor berry blast, yor shake vanilla, yor probiotics ultra, yor fiber plus, yor digest ultra, y el yor repair ultra.
En ayunas tomaba el yor probiotics ultra y el yor repair ultra, en las mañanas tomaba un yor berry blast, antes de la comida tomaba un yor fiber plus, antes de hacer ejercicio tomaba yor shake vanilla, y con la cena tomaba un yor digest ultra. Para el ejercicio fue en promedio 4 días a la semana 45 minutos ya sea rutina de pesas o correr al aire libre.
El reto me ha ayudado a mejorar mi apariencia física y me siento con más energía, también he logrado hacer que familiares y amigos opten por un estilo de vida más saludable y más activo físicamente.
